I'm not typically a fan of resolutions, but this is one worth keeping. Cultivating a relationship with your own body built on listening, kindness, and compassion will go a long way in furthering your healing journ Did you know your body wants to be well? It wants to take care of you. It is designed to heal. Although it may not always feel like your body is your BFF…it truly is.

Symptoms are smoke signals. Dysfunction is your body communicating with you There are many posts out there listing foods you should/shouldn’t eat in order to heal. This vs That. Do vs Don’t. Bad vs Good. Are these lists helpful?

In my opinion, if you see an influencer or nutritionist posting this sort of content There’s not much of my face in this feed, so I figured I should introduce myself!

A few random facts about me:

- My undergrad was in Biology. I loved nutrition, but didn’t see a path forward at the time, so I s We inherit our eye color, hair color and features from our parents and ancestors...but what about trauma and trapped emotions? The oppression and injustice against Black lives in this country and my role has been on my mind when awake and in my dreams.
